My Latest Filing - Petition for Writ of Mandate

My latest filing exposes that the courts are not always righteous and just. It reveals the extreme bias by particular judges I think to protect their own. The judge gave five reasons supporting the denial of my request to the court to compel the DA and trial counsel give me the discovery that the court had already ordered be given to me - which violated the law. The reasoning behind the judge's statements went against the facts, as well as case law and the constitution, that even someone unschooled in law can see through my retorts how absolutely prejudicial and ridiculous the judge's statements were.
